We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Shop, Google Pay, Apple Pay and American Express. Please note that PayPal payments are not supported.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons. Orders are processed 7 days a week within 24 hours from the order date and shipped the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
3-10 days.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GBP. You may be required to pay import duties and taxes once your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid by card, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the return or cancellation is approved. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or card issuer for further information.
